We accept FPX, Cards Payment and Cash On Delivery (COD) in Klang Valley only.

To keep your cake fresh, we humbly request that you will give us 3 days lead time. However, should you have urgent order please do give us a call with our general phone number.

Nibbly Bites currently only delivers to all areas in Klang Valley and Selangor, Our target is to cover the most of Malaysia from time to time. So stay tuned!

Freshness of the cake is the most important part in our business. We request that you will give us about 3 days lead time for us to produce. We do take advance order up to 1 month in advance of the scheduled date of delivery.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with details of your preferred payment method via Online payment, Credit Cards or Paypal and details of your selected delivery time slot as an confirming details of your order. Please make sure to check the Spam or Junk Folder in your e‐mail if you have not received our order confirmation. For purchase made thru our agent, please do make an appointment directly with our agent. We will communicate internally for your date and time of delivery with your agent.

Nibbly Bites will always protect the privacy of the buyer, unless receiver asked for it before wanting to accept the cake. If you wish to alert receiver that the cake delivery is from you, we will suggest you to put your name in the “Message on Card”.

If buyer wish us not to disclose your information, please inform us few days in advance before the delivery.

For specific request made thru our agent, you may communicate directly with our agent for such request.

Nibbly Bites will not disclose the receipt of the purchase to receiver. The only way to get the receipt is via buyer’s email.

Delivery fee is being calculated based on baker’s location to the delivery location. It starts from RM5 up to max RM40 per cake.

Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional fee of RM30 will be charged for re-delivery. For purchase made via agent, we will send the cakes to the agent location and he/she will make the delivery or pickup on their own. Charges may or may not apply depending on the agent availability.

Rest assured that we are muslim-operated business. Halal and clealiness of our facility is our upmost importance.

Please keep a look out of the lead time required to ready your cake order, it ranges from 24-hours to 3-days.

If the order is meant to be a gift, please ensure that you are reachable by WhatsApp OR Call OR Email so that we are able to communicate with you, the sender. That way, we won’t have to ruin the surprise by having to contact the recipient.

Once orders have been processed, there is no turning back! What this means is, refunds or changes to the orders will not be possible.

During delivery, should the recipient be unavailable to receive the items, deliveries with second attempt will incur an additional charge of RM30. A photograph of the cake with the recipient may also be snapped at the point of delivery drop-off to ensure that we have the person in file who has received the cake (whether it is the customer or someone collecting on their behalf) and that the cake is delivered in one whole piece (unless of course, you prefer them in slices).

Please respect our Cash On Delivery service. Cakes are hard to make, expensive to throw. We will call you before sending the cakes to make sure you are available on delivery. If you ghost us on the day we will deliver, your account will be ban from using our service.
